Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful energy healing practice that helps release stress, restore balance, and realign your body, mind and spirit.

Rooted in ancient wisdom, Reiki works with the subtle life force energy that flows through and around you - whether experienced through a soothing hands-on in-person session or through a distance energy healing session from anywhere in the world. Both forms invite deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and a return to harmony.
