When I first began yoga, it was a definite challenge for me. While it is still challenging, it's challenging in a way that i truly enjoy. It has helped me with my patience, awareness, and it helps me to relax and unwind. Through Yin yoga I have learned more of the importance of being in the moment. I look forward to yoga sessions as almost a treat to myself. bm so relaxed at the end that I often fall asleep before the course is over. Laugh out loud.

Wow!!! This was my first time attending a Yoga Yin class and it was absolutely amazing. And who said you won't break a sweat doing this !? If they did they lied. I FEEL REFRESHED, CALM and ENERIZED wow what a combination. I will definitely be attending next class!

My time being in the Radiant incubator group has been overall amazing. I have learned how to take my time and experience the beauties of myself. I am beginning to learn so many wonderful things about myself and others. I've benefit greatly from our group sessions, where we can express dive into our emotions and learn from one another. I look forward to continuing in the incubator experience.
